Abstract

Günümüzde, ürün tasarımında meydana gelen ufak bir tasarımsal değişiklik o ürünü benzer diğer ürünlerden farklı kılmaktadır. Ürünün tercih edilebilirliğini günden güne artıran tasarım, ürüne bir değer katmaktadır. Tasarımın ürüne kattığı değerden dolayı koruma altına alınması kaçınılmaz olmaktadır. Tescil ile korunan tasarımın değerinin maddi olarak belirlenebilmesi amacıyla tasarım değerleme gerçekleştirilmektedir. Tasarım değerleme çalışmalarının örneği ülkemizde henüz görülmemekte, dünyada ise son yılların konusu olarak ele alınmaktadır. Konu ile ilgili çalışmalar çok yeni çalışmalardır. Tasarım değerleme, tasarım değer kazandıkça önem kazanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada genel olarak tasarımın ve tasarım değerlemenin ne olduğu ve hangi yöntemlerin kullanıldığı açıklanarak tasarım değerleme raporunun temel olarak hangi bölümlerden oluşması gerektiği ortaya konulmuştur.

Design Concept and Valuation of Design

Abstract

Today, a small design change in product design makes that product different from other similar products. The design, which increases the preferability of the product day by day, adds value to the product. It is inevitable that the design should be protected because of the value it adds to the product. Design valuation is carried out in order to materially determine the value of the design protected by registration. An example of design valuation studies is not yet seen in our country, and it is considered as the subject of recent years in the world. Studies on the subject are very recent studies. Design valuation gains importance as the design gains value. In this study, by explaining what design and design valuation are in general and which methods are used, it has been revealed which sections the design valuation report should consist of basically.
