Abstract

Bu çalışma ile sağlık yöneticiliği adayları özelinde adil dünya inancı ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki ilişkide öz yeterliliğin aracı rolünün belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini 323 kayıtlı öğrencisi bulunan Sağlık Yönetimi bölümü öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemin belirlenmesinde kullanılan formül sonucu %95 güven aralığında 179 öğrenciyle yapılacak anketin yeterli olduğu tespit edilmiş; 242 öğrenciye ulaşılarak online anket yoluyla elde edilen veriler SPSS 22 ve AMOS 24 programları aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda adil dünya inancının öz yeterlilik ve yaşam doyumu ile arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla beraber adil dünya inancı ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki ilişkide öz yeterliliğin kısmı aracı rolü olduğu belirlenmiştir. Analiz sonuçları paralelinde durum tespiti yapılmış, sağlık yöneticisi adaylarına önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract

With this study, it was aimed to determine the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between belief in a just world and life satisfaction, in particular for health management candidates. The population of the research consists of Health Management students of a university with 323 registered students. As a result of the formula used to determine the sample, it was determined that the questionnaire to be made with 179 students was sufficient at the 95% confidence interval; 242 students were reached and the data obtained through the online questionnaire were analyzed through SPSS 22 and AMOS 23 programs. As a result of the research, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between belief in a just world and self-efficacy and life satisfaction. However, it has been determined that self-efficacy has a partial mediating role in the relationship between belief in a just world and life satisfaction. In parallel with the results of the analysis, the situation was determined and suggestions were made to the health administrator candidates.
