Aim & Scope

The Journal of Current Tourism Studies (GTAD) aims to have a publication policy that emphasizes the concept of contemporaneity in applied and theoretical studies in the field of tourism, based on the orientation of journals in the field of tourism towards more specialized fields within the framework of their own policies. With this feature, it also aims to initiate a specialization trend among journals in the field of tourism.

The Journal of Current Tourism Studies (GTAD) prioritizes studies that focus on trends and new developments in the field of tourism and discuss the current and future effects of developments in other fields on the field of tourism due to its interdisciplinary nature. Thus, GTAD focuses on the concept of tourism and current developments in tourism and aims to disseminate new approaches, concepts, structures and research in tourism studies by publishing studies that bring a new understanding and insight to the field of tourism.
