Sistem Yaklaşımı ve Sağlık Alanında Sistem Dinamikleri Uygulamaları: Bibliyometrik Bir Analiz

Abstract

Sağlık alanının bütünsel olarak ele alınışı teknolojideki ilerlemeler ve karmaşıklığın hesaplanabilirliği ile birlikte son yıllarda önemli gelişmeler göstermiştir. Özellikle politika geliştirme sürecinde verilecek kararların tüm sistem üzerindeki etkisinin ne olacağı konusu dinamik bir bakış açısı ile konunun incelenmesini gerektirmektedir. Bu nedenle yürütülen çalışmanın amacı sağlık alanında sistem dinamikleri çalışmalarının nasıl bir eğilim gösterdiğinin incelenmesidir. Bahsedilen eğilim araştırmaları yürüten ülke ve yazar işbirlikleri bağlamında incelenmiştir. Çalışmada sağlık alanındaki güncel sistem dinamikleri çalışmaları nitel olarak, PUBMED veri tabanında bulunan ve “system dynamics” anahtar kelimesi kullanılarak elde edilen 964 yayın ise nicel olarak incelenmiştir. Bibliyometrik analizler VantagePoint, sosyal ağ analizi UCINET ve görselleştirmeler VosViewer ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuçta, sağlık alanında sistem dinamikleri konusu üzerinde çalışmaların 2000 yılından sonra belirgin şekilde arttığı ve bu çalışmaların özellikle gelişmiş ülkeler tarafından yürütüldüğü gözlenmiştir. Gözlenen bu trend işbirlikleri açısından incelendiğinde ise Amerika, İngiltere ve Almanya’nın merkezi konumda olduğu bir işbirliği haritasına ulaşılmıştır. Ancak Amerika Birleşik Devletlerinin sağlık sisteminin Türkiye’den farklı olması nedeniyle Türkiye’deki araştırmacılar tarafından sağlık alanında yürütülecek araştırma işbirliklerinin Almanya ve İngiltere gibi Avrupa ülkeleri ile yapılabileceği önerilmiştir. Ayrıca yazar işbirlikleri analizinde görülen kümelerde bulunan yazarların araştırma alanları incelendiğinde hangi alt sağlık alanlarında potansiyel olarak araştırma işbirlikleri yapılabileceği gösterilmiştir.
