SARI MISIR TEMELİNE DAYALI ETLİK PİLİÇ KARMA YEMLERİNE FARKLI YAĞ KAYNAKLARI İLAVESİNİN PİGMENTASYON ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ
Abstract
Bu çaIışma' sarı mıslr temeline dayalı etlik piliç karma yemlerine ilave edilen ayçiçek yağı' pamuk yagi, soya yağı, ayçiçek soapstoku, hayvansal yağ ve hayvansal yağ ile sözü edilen bitkisel yağıarın-uıriitie kjlianılmalarının (l:l) incik ve deri pigmentasyonu üzerine etkilerini incelemek amlacıyıa yapılmıştır.
