Okul Yöneticilerinin Yönetim Süreçlerinde Yaşadıkları Sorunlara ve Çözüm Önerilerine İlişkin Görüşleri

Abstract

Bu araştırmada okul yöneticilerinin yönetim süreçlerinde karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerine ilişkin görüşleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgubilim desenine göre kurgulanmıştır. 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmanın çalışma grubunu kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme ile belirlenen; Edirne ilinde yer alan resmi ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görevli 23 okul yöneticisi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak yöneticilerin görüşlerinin alındığı yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin yorumlanması sürecinde içerik analizi ve sürekli karşılaştırma tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarında ortaya çıkan kodlar sorunlar, nedenleri, etkileri ve çözüm önerileri kategorilerinde ve yönetimsel sorunlar, öğretmenlerle ilgili sorunlar, velilerle ilgili sorunlar, öğrencilerle ilgili sorunlar ve mali sorunlar temaları altında toplanmıştır. Araştırmada öne çıkan bulgular literatür bulgularıyla tartışılmış ve müdürlerin yaşadıkları sorunların çözümüne ilişkin öneriler sunulmuştur.

Opinions of School Administrators on the Problems They Encounter in Management Processes and Solution Suggetions

Abstract

In this research, we aimed to examined school administrators' views on the problems they encountered in management processes and their solution suggestions. The study was designed according to the phenomenology pattern, one of the qualitative research methods. The study group of this research, which was conducted in the 2022-2023 academic year, was determined by easily accessible sampling; It consisted of 23 school administrators working in public primary, secondary and high schools in Edirne. A semi-structured interview form, in which the opinions of managers were taken, was used as a data collection tool in the research. Content analysis and constant comparison techniques were used in the data interpretation process. The codes that emerged from the research results were collected in the categories of problems, causes, effects and solution suggestions and under the themes of administrative problems, problems with teachers, problems with parents, problems with students and financial problems. The prominent findings of the research were discussed with the literature findings and suggestions were presented.
