Harran Education Journal (e-ISSN: 2564-761X) is the continuous, peer-reviewed, open-access, official scientific publication organ of Harran University. Our journal, which started its publication life in 2016, has been published as free and open access to the public; and as of the 1st issue of 2026, it has also included the CC-BY-4.0 license in all published articles. As a continuous publication, it is published in Turkish or English.
In Harran Education Journal; original research articles with theoretical, applied, and interdisciplinary topics related to all educational levels from pre-school to higher education are published, particularly in educational sciences, teacher education, educational administration and policies, curriculum development and instruction, measurement and evaluation, guidance and psychological counseling, educational technologies, comparative education, lifelong learning, and the social, cultural, historical, and philosophical foundations of education. Alternatively, “In Harran Education Journal; original research articles of a theoretical, applied, and interdisciplinary nature, covering all educational levels from pre-school to higher education in different sub-fields of educational sciences, are published.” can be written.
Publications are evaluated by at least two reviewers on a double-blind basis in terms of original knowledge, ideas, and presentation.
Harran Education Journal is an open-access journal, which means that articles can be accessed free of charge in accordance with BOAI's definition of open access.
It adopts the standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Articles published in this journal are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 International License.
