Arteriyovenöz Fistül Yönetimi: Hemodiyalizde Güvenli Damar Erişimi ve Hasta Bakımı

Abstract

Hemodiyaliz tedavisinde damar erişim yolu, hastanın yaşam kalitesi ve tedavi etkinliğini belirleyen kritik bir unsurdur. Arteriyovenöz fistül, uzun dönemli diyaliz tedavisinde en güvenilir ve fizyolojik damar erişim yolu olarak kabul edilmektedir. Arteriyovenöz fistülün sürdürülebilirliği; doğru kanülasyon, hemostaz sağlama, düzenli izlem ve interprofesyonel ekip yaklaşımı ile desteklenmelidir. Bu
derlemede, arteriovenöz fistülün oluşturulmasından olgunlaşmasına, kanülasyon ve izlem uygulamalarına kadar kapsamlı yönetim stratejileri ele alınmaktadır.

Abstract

Vascular access in hemodialysis treatment is a critical factor determining the patient's quality of life and treatment effectiveness. Arteriovenous fistulas are considered the most reliable and physiologic vascular access for long-term dialysis treatment. The sustainability of an arteriovenous fistula must be supported by accurate cannulation, hemostasis, regular monitoring, and an interprofessional team approach. This review addresses comprehensive management strategies, from arteriovenous fistula creation and maturation to cannulation and monitoring.
