1- HIKEM is a refereed journal published twice a year, in March and September.
2- Texts should not have been published elsewhere before. These features of the texts produced from theses or symposium papers should be indicated with a footnote on the first page.
3- Manuscripts must be submitted through the dergipark system.
4- The article should be prepared in accordance with the Word Template given below.
5- In cases requiring the use of different fonts (transcription, etc.), the file of the required font should be sent along with the text of the article.
6- Articles can be published in Turkish, English and Arabic.
7- Isnad Citation System 2nd Edition and Zotero citation programme should be used for citation and reference.
8- Double blind referee system is applied in our journal. Referee names are not published in the journal.
9- The articles submitted to the journal are firstly checked for plagiarism. Then, it is checked whether the article deals with a subject within the scope of the journal. Finally, "Preliminary Review" is completed by evaluating in terms of figures, footnotes and bibliography.
