In this research it is aimed to examine job satisfaction levels of the Imam Hatip High School teachers according to various variables. The survey were conducted in the spring of 2015-2016 academic year to total of 1113 teachers working in the Imam Hatip High School located in 14 provinces, which were determined by using the classification of Turkey’s regions of TUIK (Turkish Statistical Institute). The data of the research were collected using “A Job Satisfaction Scale” developed by Kuzgun, Sevim ve Hamamcı (1999). The data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0. In the interpretation of the data were analyzed using mean scores, standard deviation, t-test, and variance analysis (ANOVA) methods. As a result of the research, was determined that the level of job satisfaction of IHL teachers was “high”. The results also indicated that variables such as gender, vocational seniority and educational background made a significant difference in the job satisfaction of IHL teachers.
