It is published twice a year, in June and December.

The journal considers articles written in Turkish, English, French, and German related to its topics and prepared following its writing guidelines. An essential requirement is that Turkish articles comply with the current writing rules of the Turkish Language Association (TDK) and that articles submitted in foreign languages (English, French, German) adhere to the writing rules of the respective language.
