Abstract

In this paper, we introduce the concept of normal ideal of a subtractionalgebra and study properties in connection with multiplies of subtraction algebras. The image and inverse image of a normal ideal of a subtraction algebra are proved to be again normal ideals. Also, we characterize the normal ideals of direct products of subtraction algebras.Finally, the concept of a weak congruence is introduced in subtractionalgebras and obtain an interconnection between multipliers and weakcongruences.
