ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF 2-SYMBOL ORTHOGONAL ARRAYS

Abstract

The application of Hadamard matrices to the theory and construction

of experimental designs is of considerable importance. The purpose of this

study is to point out some connections between Hadamard matrices, bal-

anced incomplete block designs(BIB designs) and orthogonal arrays.
