Article Evaluation Process

The evaluation stages for the articles you upload to our journal are as follows;

1. The article goes to Preliminary Control.

- The writing format of the article is examined and similarity scanning is performed with the turnitin program.

- The English abstract of the article is checked for compatibility with the Turkish abstract and the writing language.

- The article that does not comply with the writing format or needs correction in the English abstract is notified to the author and the article is requested to be corrected within 1 month. Otherwise, the article is considered withdrawn.

2. The article goes to the Evaluation stage.

Our journal uses the double-blind refereeing system in the article evaluation process. Accordingly, the referees and authors cannot see each other's information during the evaluation process. Therefore, the uploaded pre-upload format does not include the name, address and affiliated institutions of the author/s. The steps in the article evaluation process are as follows;

-A field editor is assigned to the article

-Referees are assigned to the article

-The result of the article may be rejection, correction or acceptance.

*If the article is rejected based on the majority of the referee opinions, the process is terminated and the article is rejected

*If a correction is requested for the article, the author is asked to make the corrections within one month at the latest based on the referee opinions.

*If the article is accepted, the editing phase is started.

3. If there is a correction that occurred later or was overlooked during the article editing phase, the author is asked for it and a 15-day period is given. Authors who do not respond within 1 month are considered to have withdrawn their article.

4. The process is completed.

**The referee evaluation process is carried out under the control of our field editors, in the maximum time and using citation programs.

**An e-mail will be sent to you regarding the submission of a copyright form before the issue in which your article will be published.
