Bu çal man n amac örgüt kültürünün liderin güç kaynaklar ve ast n i stresi aras ndaki ili kidekidüzenleyici rolünü araAntalya, Samsun, Erzurum ve Gaziantep’te rassal metotla seçilen 13 devlet üniversitesindeki 622 ö retim eleman veüst (dekanlar) olu turmaktad r.
