Abstract

 

Bu çalışmada rassal ve dinamik öbek büyüklüğü belirleme problemi doldurma servis kısıtı ile ele alınmaktadır. Bu problem statik-dinamik belirsizlik stratejisi altında incelenmekte ve literatürde önerilmiş olan modellerden daha gerçekçi bir model geliştirilmektedir. Geliştirilen model için etkili bir çözüm yöntemi de önerilmektedir. Sayısal deneyler çözüm yönteminin etkinliğini göstermektedir.
