Part-time working, tele-working, employee leasing and subcontracting as the types of flexibile employment have been regulated by the new Labour Law. The aim of this paper is to examine the regulation of non-standard employment forms in the Code of 4857 and analyze the effects of the non-standard forms on the labour market. These non-standard forms of employment have been accepted as a result of the economic and technological developments.
Yeni İş Kanununda esnek istihdam biçimlerinden kısmi süreli çalışma, çağrı üzerine çalışma, ödünç işçilik ve taşeron uygulaması düzenlenmiş bulunmaktadır. Bu makalenin amacı Türkiye’de 4857 sayılı İş Kanunu içinde düzenlenen esnek istihdam biçimlerinin incelenmesi ve işgücü piyasasına etkilerinin yorumlanmasıdır. Standart dışı bu istihdam biçimleri, ekonomik ve teknolojik gelişmelerin sonucu olarak kabul edilmektedir.
