Abstract

Rudimenter hornun eşlik ettiği unikornuat uterus, kadın genital sisteminin nadir izlenen bir gelişim anomalisidir. Genel popülasyonda insidansı 1/100.000'dir ve tüm uterin anomalilerin %5-10'unu oluşturur. Beraberinde sıklıkla üriner sistem anomalileri, özellikle ipsilateral renal anomaliler gözlenir. Bu çalışmada 25 yaşında, 5 yıllık evli, kronik pelvik ağrı ve infertilite yakınması olan, aynı taraf böbrek agenezisinin eşlik ettiği, rastlantısal saptanan nonkommunike rudimenter horn olgusunun laparoskopik eksizyon ile tedavisini sunmayı amaçladık

Laparoscopic treatment of rudimentary horn with a rare cause of chronic pelvic pain: case report

Abstract

Rudimentary uterin horn accompanied unicorn is a rare developmental anomaly of the female genital system. The incidence in the general population is 1/100.000. This anomaly is 5-10% of all forms of uterine anomalies. With urinary tract anomalies, especially ipselateral renal anomalies are observed frequently.
