5-8. SINIF ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN AYRILMA ANKSİYETESİ, İRRİTABİLİTE VE DAVRANIŞSAL SORUNLARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, 5-8. Sınıf öğrencilerinde ayrılma anksiyetesi, irritabilite ve davranışsal sorunlar arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında, 714 ortaokul öğrencisinde, Sosyodemografik Bilgi Formu, Ayrılma Anksiyetesi Ölçeği, DSM 5 İrritabilite Ölçeği ve Güç ve Güçlükler Anketi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın hipotezi doğrultusunda, ortaokul öğrencilerinin ayrılma anksiyetesi düzeylerinin irritabilite ve davranış sorunlarıyla ilişkisi incelenmiştir. İstatistiksel analizler için SPSS 23.0 paket yazılımı kullanılmıştır. İlişkisel desende yürütülen araştırmada Bağımsız örneklem t testi, Pearson Korelasyonu ve Hiyerarşik Regresyon Analizi uygulanmıştır. Korelasyon bulgularına göre, öğrencilerin ayrılma anksiyetesi puanları irritabilite ve davranış sorunları puanlarıyla pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişkili bulunmuştur. Öğrencilerin davranış sorunlarının yordayıcıları incelendiğinde, kız öğrenci olmak, irritabilite ve ayrılma anksiyetesi puanlarının yüksek oluşunun davranışsal sorunlar puanlarının yüksek oluşunu anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı sonucu elde edilmiştir. Öte yandan, irritabilite ve ayrılma anksiyetesi düzeyleri, davranış sorunları üzerinde cinsiyetin yordayıcı etkisinden daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Araştırma bulguları, ortaokul öğrencilerinin psikososyal gelişim sürecindeki psikolojik belirtilerinin anlaşılmasında ve buna yönelik müdahaleler geliştirilmesi açısından önemli katkılar sağlayabileceği düşünülmektedir. İleri araştırmalarla güncel bulguların elde edilebileceği ve araştırmanın farklı örneklem gruplarıyla tekrar edilebileceği düşünülmektedir.
