Çalışanların Algıladığı ve Hissettiği Stres: Atılgan Çatışma Yönetimi Stilinin Düzenleyici Etkisi

Year 2016, Volume: 1 Issue: 1, 48 - 66, 31.12.2016
https://doi.org/10.25203/idd.274017

Abstract

Year 2016, Volume: 1 Issue: 1, 48 - 66, 31.12.2016
https://doi.org/10.25203/idd.274017

Abstract

In this research, we intend to examine whether
high or low assertive conflict handling modes can moderate the relationship
between stress perception and felt stress at workplace. The sample is consisted
of 225 caregiving staff who works in a
nursing home. The staff’s conflict handling
modes were determined and the scores of perceived and felt stress were obtained
through survey method. Findings showed that high assertive conflict handling
modes, but not the low one, can be a moderator between stress perception and
felt stress at workplace. Assertiveness trainings may help to cope with stress
better.
