2015-2020 Yılları Arasında İşkoliklik Alanında Yazılan Makalelerin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, 2015-2020 yılları arasında işkoliklik alanında yazılan makalelerin incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir.

Tasarım/Yöntem: Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda, Dergipark (f=35), Sciendirect (f=11), Taylor and Francis (f=19), Springer Link (f=6), Sage (f=11) ve Wiley (f=5) veritabanlarında yayımlanan erişime açık makalelerin yıllar, dergi isimleri, yazıldığı dil, yazar sayısı, değişken sayısı, anahtar kelime sayısı, kullanılan araştırma yöntemi, veri toplama araçları, kullanılan ölçekler ve sayfa sayılarına göre içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Toplamda 87 adet makaleye ulaşılmıştır.

Sonuçlar: Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, en çok makalenin 2016 yılında, en çok makalenin “Personality and Individual Differences” ve “Work & Stress An International Journal of Work, Health &Organisations” dergilerinde olduğu, makalelerin İngilizce dilinde yazıldığı belirlenmiştir. Makalelerin daha çok üç ve daha fazla yazar sayısında olduğu, üç değişken ve daha fazlasıyla çalışıldığı, makalelerde beş anahtarlı kelimelerin çoğunlukta olduğu, işkoliklik alanında nicel çalışmaların fazla olduğu, veri toplama araçları olarak en çok anket yöntemine başvurulduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmalarda en çok Schaufeli (2006) DUWAS işkoliklik ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Makalelerin büyük çoğunluğunun sayfa sayısının 14-18 sayfa arasında olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Özgün Değer: Son 5 yılda işkoliklik alanında yayımlanan makalelerin yönünün tespit edilmesi bakımından çalışmanın gelecekteki araştırmalara ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir.

The Evaluation of Workaholism Articles Between 2015 and 2020 Years

Abstract

Objectives: In this study, it was aimed to examine the articles written in the field of workaholism between 2015-2020 years.

Methods: For the purpose of the study, Dergipark (f=35), Sciencedirect (f=11), Taylor and Francis (f=19), Springer Link (f=6), Sage (f=11) and Wiley (f=5) databases were examined and reached open access articles. The content analysis method was applied according to publishing years, journal names, articles’ language, number of authors, number of variables, number of key words, research methods used, data collection tools, scales names used, number of pages categories. Totally, it was reached 87 open access articles.

Results: According to the results, it was determined that articles were published mostly in 2016 and in the journals of “Personality and Individual Differences” and “Work & Stress An International Journal of Work, Health &Organisations”, mostly in English language. It was determined that the articles were mostly written by three and more authors, studied with three and more variables, and also with five key words. Mostly, it was encountered quantitative studies and used surveys to collect data. Schaufeli (2006) DUWAS Workaholism Scale was the most common scale. It was determined that the majority of articles are between 14 and 18 pages.

Originality: It was thought that this study will determine the direction of articles for the last 5 years. Also, it will guide for the future researches.
