DUYGUSAL ZEKANIN DÖNÜŞÜMCÜ LİDERLİK ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada duygusal zekanın dönüşümcü liderlik üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Araştırma bir yüksek öğretim kurumunda öğrenim gören toplam 724 öğrenci örneklemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları duygusal zeka boyutlarıyla dönüşümcü liderlik boyutları arasında pozitif ve anlamlı ilişkiler olduğunu göstermektedir. Özellikle kişiler arası ilişkiler boyutunun, dönüşümcü liderlik sürecinde önemli bir değişken olduğu saptanmıştır.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada duygusal zekanın dönüşümcü liderlik üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir.
