Sadece Klonus ile Ortaya Çıkan Akut Serebral Enfarkt Olgusu

Abstract

Anamnez, hastaların tanısında en az fizik muayene kadar önemlidir. İnmeli hastaların yaklaşık olarak %35’inde görülen klonus bulgusu erken dönemde ortaya çıkabilir.  Olgumuzda araç kullanamama yakınması ile kliniğimize başvuran, fizik muayenesinde aşil klonus tespiti ile akut inme tanısı konulan 53 yaşında erkek hastayı sunduk.

The Case of Acute Cerebral Infarction Presented with Only Clonus

Abstract

Anamnesis is as important as physical examination in the diagnosis of patients. Clonus finding may occur in approximately 35% of stroke patiens in early period. We presented a 53-year-old male with achill clonus on physical examination and diagnosed as an acute stroke.
