Yerinden Edilme ve Fenomenoloji İlişkisinin Güncel Bağlamı: Kavramsal ve Teorik Bir Analiz

Abstract

Amaç: Bu makale, fenomenoloji düşüncesinin mülteci deneyimlerini anlamada kritik bir teorik yaklaşım olduğunu savunmaktadır. Geleneksel göç kategorilerinin yerinden edilmiş kişilerin öznel yaşam-dünyalarını yansıtmakta yetersiz kaldığı ve bu deneyimleri homojenleştirerek dar kategorilere sıkıştırdığı ileri sürülmektedir. Çalışmanın temel amacı, fenomenolojinin sunduğu mekânsal ve insani tecrübeye ilişkin kavrayış aracılığıyla yerinden edilme tecrübelerinin bilimsel bilgiyle yeniden nasıl ilişkilendirilebileceğini ortaya koymaktır. Yöntem: Bu çerçeveden hareketle araştırma, fenomenolojik hermeneutik metodolojiyi merkeze alan teorik ve kavramsal bir sorgulama üzerinden yürütülmüştür. Yöntem, insan deneyimlerini anlamaya odaklanan yönelimsellik kavramı çerçevesinde ele alınmış ve yerinden edilme tecrübelerinin fenomenolojik bir bağlamda nasıl değerlendirilebileceği sorgulanmıştır. Bu bağlamda, fenomenolojinin mekân ve insan deneyimlerine dair bütüncül yaklaşımı Edmund Husserl, Maurice Merleau-Ponty ve Martin Heidegger’in düşüncelerinin yanı sıra Edward Soja, Henri Lefebvre, Edward Casey ve Yi-Fu Tuan’ın mekân kavrayışlarından yararlanılarak belirginleştirilmektedir. Bulgular: Makalede fenomenolojik yaklaşımın, yerinden edilme ve mültecilik tecrübelerini ele alırken geleneksel kategorilerin ötesine geçen bir bakış açısı sunduğu sonucuna varılmaktadır. Bu açıdan, yaşam dünyası ve özneler-arasılık kavramlarının, yerinden edilme deneyimlerine içkin özneler-arasılık ile mekân ve yönelimsellik örüntülerini anlamlandırmada yeni olanaklar sağladığı ortaya konmuştur. Araştırma, fenomenolojinin mültecilik deneyimlerine dair yeni bir teorik çerçeve sunduğunu ve bilimsel bilgiyle ilişkilendirilebilecek anlamlı bir perspektif sağladığını ortaya koymuştur. Sonuç: Mekân ve insan deneyimlerinin bütüncül bir değerlendirmesi, mülteci tecrübelerinin daha geniş ve derinlikli bir bağlamda ele alınmasını mümkün kılmaktadır. Sonuç olarak fenomenolojik yaklaşım, yerinden edilme olgusunu yalnızca politik veya ekonomik bir süreç olarak değil, insan varoluşuna dair derinlemesine bir deneyim olarak kavramanın önemli bir hattını oluşturmaktadır.

Phenomenological Perspective and Displacement: A Theoritical Analysis of Conceptualizing Refugeeness

Abstract

Aim: This article argued that phenomenological reflection is a crucial theoretical approach to understanding refugee experiences. It is argued that conventional migration classifications inadequately represent the subjective lifeworlds of refugee and displaced person; and homogenize these experiences into narrow categories. The central aim of the article is to reveal how experiences of displacement can be related to scientific knowledge through phenomenology's insights into spatial and human experience. In doing so, it was asserted that phenomenology has significant potential in understanding to relate experiences of displacement and refugees Method: From this framework, the research was conducted through a theoretical and conceptual inquiry centered on phenomenological hermeneutic methodology. This method is discussed within the framework of the concept of intentionality, which focuses on understanding human experiences, and questions how experiences of displacement can be evaluated in a phenomenological context. In this context, phenomenology's holistic approach to space and human experiences was clarified by drawing on the ideas of Edmund Husserl, Maurice Merleau-Ponty and Martin Heidegger, as well as Edward Soja, Henri Lefebvre, Edward Casey and Yi-Fu Tuan's conceptions of space. Results: The article concludes that the phenomenological approach provides a perspective that goes beyond traditional categories in addressing displacement and refugee experiences. In this respect, it was argued that the concepts of lifeworld and intersubjectivity provide new possibilities for comprehending the patterns of intersubjectivity, space and intentionality inherent in experiences of displacement. The research has shown that phenomenology introduces a new theoretical framework for refugee experiences and provides a substantive perspective that can be related to scientific knowledge. Conclusion: Consequently, a comprehensive assessment of experiences of place and human existence enable a broader and more in-depth contextualization of refugee experiences. As a conclusion, the phenomenological approach constitutes an important line in understanding displacement not only as a political or economic process, but also as an in-depth experience of human existence.
