Abstract

In this study, the effect of psychological resilience on subjective well-being and the role of self-esteem in this relationship were investigated within the scope of a mediation model. The sample of this study includes 236 workers in a private company in Konya. Various statistical analysis had applied to the data collected from participants via questionnaires. As a result of the correlation analysis, positive relationships were found between the variables of psychological resilience, subjective well-being and self-esteem. Structural equation model analysis was applied to test the suggested hypotheses of the research. According to the findings, psychological resilience effects the subjective well-being. Another finding is that workers’ self-esteem has a partial mediating role in this effect. Results of this research were discussed within the framework of the existing literature.

Psikolojik Dayanıklılık ile Öznel İyi Oluş İlişkisi ve Benlik Saygısının Aracı Rolü

Year 2023, , 97 - 107, 20.10.2023
