Our journal is currently closed to new submissions and is only accepting articles for the TAOM 2025 Special Issue. To be eligible for publication in the special issue, articles must have been presented at the TAOM 2025 Annual Meeting. When submitting articles for the special issue, it is important that you select the TAOM2025 issue. Articles submitted for the regular issue will be returned.

The Journal of Human and Work is an academic and peer-reviewed journal that aims to publish empirical or theoretical studies in all areas of organizational behavior where business and human are at stake. The journal includes studies on every subject in the field of organizational behavior at the individual, group and organizational level.
The journal is published electronically twice a year, in April and October.
No fee is charged for any process in the journal.
Authors who will submit articles to the journal are advised to review the "writing rules" and "ethical principles and publication policy".
