The Journal of Human and Work continues its publication with a new vision aimed at enhancing scientific quality and author experience within the Management Academy Association as of 2026.

In this context:
New article submissions will be accepted starting January 2, 2026.
• While maintaining its focus on “Organizational Behavior,” our journal has expanded to cover all subfields of Management Sciences.
• For studies that pass the preliminary evaluation, a submission fee of 2,500 TL will be charged to association members and 5,000 TL to non-member authors, without any acceptance conditions. These revenues will be collected in a social fund for the education of young academics.
• Once accepted, articles will be published immediately with a DOI number assigned, without waiting for an issue.
