Psikolojik Sermayenin Üretkenlik Karşıtı İş Davranışları Üzerindeki Olumlayıcı Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, çalışanların
psikolojik sermayeleri ile üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışları
arasındaki ilişki teorik ve
ampirik olarak incelemek amaçlanmıştır. 
Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Konya ve Hatay illerinde özel sektörde faaliyet
gösteren çeşitli işletmelerde çalışan beyaz yakalı personellere yönelik amprik
bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket uygulaması ile 205
katılımcıdan elde edilen veriler, araştırmanın güvenilirlik, korelasyon ve çoklu
regresyon analizlerinde kullanılmıştır.
Sonuçlar, psikolojik sermayenin
üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışlarının anlamlı bir
açıklayıcısı olduğunu
göstermiştir. Bununla birlikte, psikolojik
sermaye bileşenlerinin üretkenlik
karşıtı iş davranışları bileşenleri üzerinde genel itibariyle anlamlı ve
pozitif veya negatif yönlü etkiler yarattığı tespit edilmiştir.
