Articles submitted by authors who serve on the journal boards (Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, Field Editor, Language Editor, and Technical Editor) and are affiliated with Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University will be published as of September 1, 2025, with a maximum of 10% of the total number of articles published in each issue, even if the peer-review process is successful.

Articles submitted for publication in the journal are prioritized for those written in English.

The journal is an international peer-reviewed indexed by TR Index, CAB Abstract, CAB Direct, CrossRef, Scientific Indexing Services, Google Scholar, CiteFactor and Cosmos.
