“The article I am submitting has never been published anywhere else, has not been accepted, and has not been submitted to another journal for publication. In case the work is accepted for publication, I accept that the “Right to Process” regulated in article 21 of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK) 5846, “Right to Reproduction” regulated in article 22, and “Right to Publish” regulated in article 23, "Right of Representation" regulated in article 24 and "Public Broadcasting with Signal Audio and/or Video Transmission Means", including digital transmission regulated in article 25, re-transmission, public transmission, representation authority and at the place and time chosen by third parties; the right to transmit to the public by providing access to the work and other rights specified in this contract; Immaterial in place, number and content, and in terms of duration; have been transferred to the International Journal of Islamic Economics and Finance Studies, which is unlimited in terms of place, number, and content, as well as during the period of protection stipulated by the law at the time of signing this contract.

The publishers may reproduce and publish the original or copies of a work, in whole or in part, in any form. The authorized author can transmit the work to the public by providing access to the work at a place and time chosen by third parties, including the right to broadcast and rebroadcast the work by wired or wireless means such as radio-TV, satellite and cable, public transmission, retransmission, representation authority and digital transmission; retransmission and representation rights have been transferred to the publisher.

The authorized author on behalf of all the authors of the work qualifies me to transfer and assign the rights. Third parties do not hold any rights to this work, and I own the rights I have transferred to the publisher as a result of this agreement and have never transferred them to anyone else; If third parties claim any rights on all or part of the work, I will be responsible for compensating them and handling any other legal obligations; I accept and declare that I will pay any damages that the publisher may incur in this case immediately and in cash, and that the publisher has the authority to terminate this agreement for this reason.”
