Year 2017, ICMEB17 Özel Sayısı, 1094 - 1103, 01.12.2017

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between internet addiction and organizational citizenship behavior. The sample of the study consisted of 397 health personnel working in public hospitals in Kırklareli. The dimension of organizational citizenship behavior was measured by a scale developed by Podsakoff, MacKenzie, Moorman and Fetter 1990 which adapted to Turkish by Göncü 2006 and the internet addiction dimension was measured by a scale developed by Young 1998 which adapted to Turkish by Bayraktar 2001 . The organizational citizenship behavior scale’s factorial structure was tested with the Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Explanatory Factor Analysis. According to the results of the research, it was determined that internet addiction negatively affects organizational citizenship behavior dimension and that employees who did not have symptoms of internet addiction showed more organizational citizenship behavior than employees who had limited symptom

İNTERNET BAĞIMLILIĞI ve ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI: HASTANELERDE UYGULANAN BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Year 2017, ICMEB17 Özel Sayısı, 1094 - 1103, 01.12.2017
