SAĞLIK KURULUŞLARININ VİZYON İFADELERİNİN İÇERİK ANALİZİ İLE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırma, kamu, özel ve üniversite hastanelerinin vizyon ifadelerinin içeriklerinin karşılaştırılması amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hastanelerin mülkiyet türüne göre vizyon ifadelerinin karşılaştırılmasında içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Vizyon ifadelerinin içerikleri analiz edilirken üç kriter kullanılmıştır: (1) en fazla kullanılan kelimelerin belirlenmesi, (2) belirlenmiş olan bileşenlerin kapsanması ve (3) dört vizyon amacının karşılanması. Bu araştırmanın sonuçları, hastanelerin mülkiyet türlerine göre çeşitli benzerlik ve farklılıklar olduğunu göstermiştir. Öncelikle, yapılan içerik analizinin sonucuna göre en fazla vurgulanan kelimeler incelendiğinde, “sağlık” ve “hizmet” kelimelerinin tüm hastane türlerinde en fazla kullanılan kelimeler olduğu saptanmıştır. Vizyon ifadelerinin içermesi gereken bileşenler mülkiyet durumlarına göre incelendiğinde, Sağlık Bakanlığı ve üniversite hastanelerinin en fazla atıfta bulundukları bileşenin “performans” olduğu göze çarparken, özel hastanelerin ise “insan” bileşenine vurgu yaptığı saptanmıştır. Hastanelerin vizyon ifadeleri, belirli amaçların karşılanması durumuna göre incelendiğinde ise belirgin farklılıkların olmadığı görülmüştür.
