Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the moderating effect of leader (manager) support and family support on the relation between work-family enrichment and job performance. Quantitative research method was used in the research conducted with the participation of 297 public service employees in Isparta. During the research process, the survey method was used to collect data, and convenience sampling was preferred as the sampling method. Descriptive statistics, reliability analyses, and normal distribution tests were performed using the SPSS 26.0 program. AMOS 24 program was used for construct validity analyses. In order to test the model determined for the purpose of the research, the data were analyzed with PROCESS Macro added to the SPSS package program. Through these analyses, the regulatory role was examined. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that work-family enrichment positively affected work performance. In addition, it has been determined that leader support and family support have a moderating effect on the effect of work-family enrichment on work performance.
