International Journal of Management Economics and Business (IJMEB), an official publication of Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University, publishes theoretical and empirical papers in the fields of business, economics, finance, and management science. The journal has been published since 2005, and has four issues per year in March, June, September, and December.

The journal is interested in studies that utilize a novel dataset and contribute to the related literature through the originality of its findings. Submissions to the journal must include research motivation, aim, testable hypotheses (if applicable), and contributions to the existing research. The language of the journal is English and Turkish; however, English submissions are encouraged. 

The journal is committed to equal treatment of all authors, and it accepts submissions throughout the year. All manuscripts go through an initial editorial review and peer review process by two blind referees. Desk rejection may be used for submissions outside the scope of the journal.

1. Studies submitted for publication should not exceed 25 pages including appendices and bibliography. Manuscripts should be written in Word format using the "Times New Roman" character. All margins in the entire work to be submitted to the journal should be 2.5 cm. If the ethics committee report is required, the ethics committee report received during the research process should be attached. 2. Title: Turkish and English titles should be written on the Turkish and English summary sections, centered in capital letters, Times New Roman 12 font size and bold.
3. Author's name (s) and address (s): The author (s) of the article must upload their name, surname, institution, e-mail address and ORCID numbers, along with their academic title, if any, to the system by writing the application information file.

4. Abstract: On the first page of the article, there should be Turkish and English titles, Turkish and English abstracts not exceeding 150-200 words, and at most 5 keywords under the abstracts. The abstracts should be written in a single line spacing, in 10 font, italic, justified.

5. Section Titles: Section and subtitles should be written in 10 pt bold, only the first letters are capitalized and justified. In the title numbers, the numbers should be given from the introduction section, and they should be numbered in a decimal system (such as 1., 1.1., 1.1.1.).

6. Main Text :. Paragraphs should be 10 point size, alignment; justified, indent; left: 0 cm, right: 0 cm; special: The first line should be 1cm. Before and after the paragraphs, 6 nk spaces should be left and single line spacing should be written. Page numbers should be at the top right.

7. Tables and Figures: Figure and table titles should be written in 10 pt bold over the tables and figures, each with a sequence number (Table 1, Table 2 and Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.), and reference notifications should be written in 8 pt. bibliographic information should be provided in full. Table, figure, etc. The text in it should be in the range of 8–10 points. Sequence numbers should be given to the mathematical equations to be included in the text, and the sequence numbers should be written in parentheses to the right of the page.

8. Citations: Citations should be made in the text by using the conjunction method. Explanatory notes should be expressed as a footnote (8 pt.) At the bottom of the page. References in the text should be made in the form of the author (s) surname, year of the source and page number. If there is no author name, the institution name should be used instead of the author. Sample; (Yüksel, 2003: 5), (Yüksel & Murat, 2001: 15), (Yüksel et al., 2000: 10-12, 2000: 10-12), (DPT, 2004: 32).

9. Bibliography: Bibliography should be arranged in 10 pt. At the end of the study. The bibliography should start from the page where the article ends and the studies should be listed alphabetically according to the surname. When citing multiple works by the same author, the publication date should start with the oldest. When citing more than one work of the same author with the same date, references should be numbered using the letters a, b, c,… in bibliography and in-text citations. Sample; Such as 2003a, 2003b, 2003c. In case of citing an author's work with a single or more than one author, studies with a single author should be specified first.

Authors should follow the rules in the 6th edition of the Guidelines published by the American Psychological Association (APA) for citations to be made in the text. Turkish abbreviations for Turkish works in the bibliography and text, as seen in the examples below (for example, "et al.", "Ss.", "P.", "Inside", "Trans.", "Der.", "Ed. RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION ETHICS PRINCIPLES
In the scientific articles sent to the International Journal of Management, Economics and Business (İJMEB), the guidelines related to the Scientific Research and Publication Ethics of Higher Education Institutions, the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the Editor and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) International Standards for Authors should be considered.
Behaviors Against Scientific Research and Publication Ethics
Plagiarism, forgery or deception of data, repetition of publication, split publishing, and the inclusion of persons who do not contribute to the research are unacceptable within the scope of ethical rules. Necessary legal actions will be taken in case of any ethical irregularity related to these and similar practices explained in detail below.
a) Plagiarism: Showing others' original ideas, methods, data, or works as their work, partially or completely, without reference to scientific rules is considered within the scope of plagiarism. To avoid plagiarism, authors should cite scientific rules and pay attention to the reference of all scientific articles included in their research.

b) Data Falsification: Using data that does not exist or has been changed in scientific research is considered within the scope of data fraud. Authors should collect their data within ethical rules and analyze them in the process without subjecting them to a change that will affect their validity and reliability.

c) Distortion: Changing the records or data obtained from the research, showing the devices or materials not used in the research as being used, changing or shaping the research results in line with the interests of the people and organizations from which the support is received are considered within the scope of distortion. Authors should be honest, objective, and transparent in the information they provide regarding the research process. They should avoid violating ethical rules.

d) Repetition of Publications: Presenting the same publication as separate publications without reference to previous publications is considered within the scope of publication repetition. The responsibility for the articles submitted for evaluation to be published elsewhere or in the process of evaluation belongs entirely to the authors. Authors should avoid repetition and take care to submit original and original research.

e) Publishing by Dividing: Dividing the results of research into pieces in a way that disrupts the integrity of the research and inappropriately and publishing these publications in more than one issue is considered within the scope of dividing publication. The authors should consider the integrity of the research and avoid divisions that would affect the results.

f) Unfair Authorship: Including people who do not contribute to the study among the authors or not including contributors are considered within the scope of unfair authorship. All authors should have contributed sufficiently to the planning, design, data collection, analysis, evaluation, preparation of the research for publication, and the final version of the research.


Research Ethics Principles
The following codes of ethics on research ethics contribute to the objectives of the research, promote values ​​for collaboration, ensure researchers' responsibility to the public, provide credibility with public support, and strengthen various moral and social values:
1. The researcher has to share the data, materials, equipment, resources, and findings he uses with the public.
2. The researcher should not make up, steal, or misinterpret his findings. It must report results, methods, procedures accurately and not mislead colleagues, sponsors, and the public.
3. The researcher must respect people's privacy and confidentiality and should not use personal names unless permitted in his research. Besides, the researcher should not hide his identity.
4. Patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property must be respected. Unauthorized data, methods, and results should not be used and contributors should be referenced.
5. Confidential communications, personnel records, commercial and military secrets, and patient records must be protected.
6. Biased experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation should be avoided and objective.
7. Integrity and consistency must be ensured.
8. Errors and omissions made due to carelessness should be avoided through a serious thorough examination of the work.
9. Researches that may cause social damage should be avoided.
10. There should be no discrimination by using gender, race, origin, or other factors that are not related to scientific authority and integrity.
11. Relevant laws should be known and obeyed.
12. Risk and harm should be minimized in research on humanitarian issues, human dignity, privacy and autonomy should be protected. Child, developmental or cognitive disability
