Copyright Regulation

The author(s) of the work whose applications are accepted for publication in our journal must declare that they transfer the right to make editorial corrections in the article to be published to İLSAM AKADEMİ Refereed Journal with the copyright agreement they will sign. No royalties are paid for the published articles.
In the event that the article sent for publication in our journal has not been published elsewhere or is not currently in the evaluation process for publication and the articles sent for evaluation are accepted for publication, the "Copyright Transfer Agreement" must be filled in and signed and sent to the journal's editorial commission.

According to the Copyright Agreement, the author(s),

That the submitted article is the original work of the author(s) and that they have not plagiarized,
That all authors have participated in this study and take full responsibility for this study,
All authors have seen and approved the final version of the submitted manuscript,
The article has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere,
They accept and undertake that the text, figures and documents in the article do not violate the Copyrights of other persons.

ILSAM Academy Journal allows the publication under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. The Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license permits the work to be shared, copied, reproduced, and adapted in any size and format except for commercial use, including remixing, transforming, and building upon the work, provided that proper attribution is given to the original work.
The intellectual property rights of the author(s) or the author(s)'s employer, if any, including copyright, patent rights, the right to use the entire article in the author(s)'s future books or other works without payment, and the right to reproduce the article for their own purposes, provided that they do not sell the article.
Documents (photographs, original figures, etc.) related to published or rejected articles are kept by İLSAM for a period of one year starting from the date of decision and are destroyed at the end of this period.
İLSAM Academy Journal undertakes that İLSAM and Journal Editors are not responsible for any claims or lawsuits to be filed by third parties due to copyright infringement, and that all responsibility belongs to the authors.
In addition, the author(s) must undertake that there are no criminal elements or illegal expressions in the article, and that no illegal materials and methods were used during the research.

The content of our journal according to this license:

You can share it: You may reproduce, disseminate and transmit the content in whole or in part.
However;
Provided that you give attribution: You must cite our journal wherever you copy, publish or transmit the content in whole or in part.
Provided that the originality is preserved: You may not change the content. You are obliged to preserve the content as it is on the page you cite.
You are also obliged to maintain this license in any other quotations that may be made by others based on your citation.
This license does not restrict / weaken the moral rights of the copyright holder.
