We are excited to announce the publication of the third issue of our international peer-reviewed journal, Media and Communication Studies / Interdisciplinary Media and Communication Studies (IMCS), released in May 2025. As a biannual publication by the Faculty of Communication at Yaşar University, our journal is published electronically in English and Turkish. It welcomes contributions from all disciplines that intersect with issues and research areas related to communication, media, visual arts, and design. We invite research articles, completed practice-oriented projects, book reviews, artistic and academic activity reviews, translations, letters to the editor, and other forms of writing related to the journal's scope and topics. Additionally, as we reach a new technological threshold with the applications of Artificial Intelligence, and find ourselves discussing the ethics, methods, and strategies of incorporating AI into communication education and learning, we especially encourage submissions addressing new trends and developments in communication studies and practices.
