Abstract

Smart city models are new living spaces that can only be implemented in developed countries because they require high construction costs and expertise. In particular, the smart city model offers alternative solutions to the increasing urbanization and the resulting energy, nutrition, shelter and infrastructure problems. Another factor that makes smart city models important and up to date is the understanding of the importance of renewable, sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources such as solar and wind energy thanks to technological innovations. In addition, innovations in the field of internet, digital systems, AI and software effectively enable the development and implementation of smart city models as they offer revolutionary opportunities in the fields of communication, management and infrastructure. This research aims to raise awareness by examining all these developments with a scientific systematic.

Dijitalleşme, Teknolojik Gelişmeler ve Yapay Zekâ Destekli Bilgi Teknolojisi Çağının Yaşam Modeli Olarak Akıllı Şehirler

Abstract

Akıllı şehir modelleri maliyet ve uzmanlık gerektirdiği için sadece gelişmiş ülkelerde uygulanabilen yeni yaşam alanlarıdır. Özellikle de artan şehirleşme ve buna bağlı olarak artan enerji, beslenme, barınma ve alt yapı sorunlarının çözümü noktasında akıllı şehir modeli alternatif çözümler sunmaktadır. Akıllı şehir modellerini önemli ve güncel kılan bir diğer etken ise teknolojik yenilikler sayesinde güneş ve rüzgâr enerjisi gibi yenilenebilir, sürdürülebilir çevre dostu enerji kaynaklarının öneminin anlaşılmasıdır. Ayrıca internet, dijital sistemler, yapay zekâ ve yazılım alanındaki yenilikler iletişim, yönetim ve alt yapı alanında devrim niteliğinde imkânlar sunduğu için akıllı şehir modellerinin geliştirilmesi ve uygulanmasını etkin bir şekilde mümkün kılmaktadır. Araştırma bütün bu gelişmeleri bilimsel bir sistematikle mercek altına alarak farkındalık yaratmayı amaçlamaktadır.
