The Kyrgyz use the “makal-nickname” duplication for the proverb. Kyrgyz makal-nicknames usually consist of one or two lines. Sometimes the number of lines can be up to three or four. The ideology of the Soviet Union was that the religion of Islam prevented them from knowing the real world, that it subjugated people with understandings such as “destiny” and “predestination”, thus pushing them towards fatalism, and preventing them from thinking by saying that they should know the evils that befall them from God's destiny, not from the administration. In this study, the Kyrgyz proverbs that reflect the ideologies werw to be detetmined and examined. The study consists of two parts. In the first stage, proverbs about the rich-poor relationship, religion, education and women in the scanner sources were determined. The ruling class, which tried to impose their ideology on the public in various ways, thought that literature and art also had a great political role, and they benefited from art and literature in this respect. In this context, it has been tried to show with examples how ideologies are reflected in the proverbs determined in the second stage of the study.
