In terms of the dimensions of organizational silence, “silence for the benefit of the organization” demonstrated a significant effect on job performance, while accepted silence and defensive silence did not have any meaningful effect. According to the results of the regression analysis, emotional intelligence and organizational silence together explain 27.3% of the variance in employee performance (R² = 0.273).
