About
Inönü University International Journal of Social Sciences (INIJOSS) is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed, scientific online journal published by the İnönü University. The journal publishes articles in both English and Turkish and follows a continuous publication model.
Launched in 2012, INIJOSS features original research and review articles, translations, and book reviews in various fields of the social sciences, including Literature, Economics, Econometrics, Communication, Business, Political Science, International Relations, and History. Authors are advised to consult the journal’s author guidelines for information regarding the English language certificate requirement.
As of Volume 15, INIJOSS has transitioned to continuous publication by volume. Within this scope, the previous structure of publishing two online issues per year has been abandoned in favor of a single annual volume, completed through the editorial and peer review processes within the year. Accordingly, the volume for the relevant year is continuously expanded and updated as new articles are published.
The continuous publication model allows articles to be published online as soon as the peer review and editorial processes are completed, without waiting for other content in the journal. This approach aims to increase the timely sharing of scientific knowledge, the visibility of studies, and their accessibility by enabling current international and interdisciplinary research in the social sciences to enter circulation more quickly.

INIJOSS Special Issue Announcement
Dear Researchers,
Submissions are now open for the special issue of INIJOSS.
Important Note: This special issue will only consider papers that were presented at the 1st International Social Sciences Congress (İSKON), held at İnönü University on May 7-9, 2026, and subsequently selected by the editorial board.
Warning: Papers that were not presented at the aforementioned congress or not selected by the editorial board will be directly rejected, even if submitted under the special issue option.
Submission Steps:
While submitting your article through the DergiPark system:
- During the submission process, select the option "I want to send my article to a special issue."
- From the list that appears, select "Volume 15, Issue 1."
We invite our esteemed participants whose works were selected within the scope of the congress to submit their articles through the special issue option specified above.
