The International Journal of Cultural and Social Studies (IntJCSS) is a scholarly, peer-reviewed research journal that operates under a continuous publication model.

IntJCSS is published on an open-access basis, making its full-text articles available to readers. It aims to facilitate easy access to scientific research and enable the more effective dissemination of scholarly knowledge. The journal is completely free of charge for both authors and readers. Each manuscript is evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process by at least two reviewers. The journal does not accept reviewer suggestions from authors. Those wishing to serve as reviewers must register as users on DergiPark and submit their request to the journal management.

IntJCSS publishes in Turkish and English. Manuscripts with a Turkish full text must include an English abstract, whereas manuscripts with an English full text must include a Turkish abstract.

IntJCSS is indexed and/or covered in a range of national and international indexes and databases, including EBSCO (Social Sciences Full Text), Index Copernicus, idealonline, CiteFactor, SOBIAD, the Turkish Education Index, Scientific Indexing Services (SIS), Google Scholar, and J-Gate.
