Aim & Scope

Inonu University Journal of Faculty of Education (INUEFD), which started its publication life in 2002, is an open access and refereed journal that publishes original research articles, essays, reviews and translations that contribute to the field of education in the fields of theory and practice in education.

It is published three times a year (April, August and December). The journal aims to contribute to academic culture by sharing research, knowledge and approaches in the field of educational sciences, teacher training, theory and practice in education.

The journal will include all kinds of scientific studies (translation, criticism, evaluation, review, etc.) in the field of education. In this context, studies prepared with scientific approaches in the fields of educational administration, philosophy of education, history and policies of education, guidance and psychological counseling, early childhood or preschool education, special education, adult education, assessment and research techniques used in education, educational technology, curriculum development and evaluation in education, science and mathematics education, fine arts education, physical education, social studies education, Turkish education, foreign language education and applied linguistics, teacher training, education and training will be included in INUEFD. In addition, the subject area of INUEFD includes the following areas;
Research based on qualitative methodology,
Ethnographic, historical, phenomenological, case studies, action research, etc.
Research based on quantitative method,
Mixed method research,
Opinion articles,
Perspectives on policies,
Critical literature reviews,
Book evaluation.
