Öğrenci Liderliği Ölçeği: Geçerlik ve Güvenlik Çalışması

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı Türk Kültürü ile uyumlu ve
üniversite öğrencilerinin liderlik algılarını belirlemeye yönelik geçerli ve
güvenilir bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin
kullanıldığı çalışma, 20 farklı devlet üniversitesindeki 1084 lisans öğrencisi
ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda 30 madde ve 6 alt boyuttan oluşan
“Öğrenci Liderliği Ölçeği” geliştirilmiştir. 572 öğrenci ile yapılan
Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) sonucunda ölçeğin Kaiser Mayer Olkin (KMO)
değeri .901 ve Barlett testi sonucu anlamlı bulunmuştur. Varimax döndürmesi
neticesinde elde edilen 30 madde ve 6 alt boyutlu ölçeğin toplam varyansın
%51.304’ünü açıkladığı belirlenmiştir. 512 lisans öğrencisi ile yapılan
doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizinde (DFA) ise X² = 1118.36; X²/df=
2.86; RMSEA = .06; RMR = .04; SRMR = .06; NFI = .94; NNFI = .96 ve CFI = .96
bulunarak elde edilen yapı doğrulanmıştır. Ölçeğin alt ve üst gruplar t-testi
sonucunda maddelerin ayırt edici olduğu ve Cronbach Alpha değeri AFA’da
kullanılan veri seti için .888 ve DFA’da kullanılan veri seti için .906
bulunarak ölçeğin lisans öğrencilerinin öğrenci liderliği algılarını
belirlemek için kullanımının uygun olduğu söylenebilir.
