Abstract

Bu çalışmanın konusu “yetkisiz temsil” dir. Yetkisiz temsil, TBK. m. 46-47’de düzenlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, öncelikle yetkisiz temsil kavramı açıklanmıştır. Ardından yetkisiz temsilin ortaya çıkma şekilleri ele alınmıştır. Akabinde yetkisiz temsilin hüküm ve sonuçları, tarafların her biri açısından ayrı ayrı olarak ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenmiş ve çalışma tamamlanmıştır. Nihayet çalışma sırasında edindiğimiz kanaatler ise, “Sonuç” kısmında topluca yer almaktadır
