The Journal of Comprehensive Educational Sciences (JCES) / Kapsamlı Eğitim Bilimleri Dergisi (KEBD) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access electronic journal published by Amasya University. It aims to bring together high-quality theoretical and applied studies across all sub-fields of educational sciences under a single scholarly umbrella.

The journal is published twice a year (June and December). Its languages of publication are Turkish and English; all articles include the title, abstract and keywords in both languages. Manuscripts are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process involving at least two expert reviewers. The journal adopts the COPE principles and screens all submissions for similarity. No fees are charged to authors at any stage; all content is fully open access and published under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
