Difference Between Prenatal Attachment of Pregnant Women Who Attended Pregnancy School and Those Who Did Not Attend Pregnancy School

Abstract

Objective: The healthy development of a baby during pregnancy is greatly affected by prenatal attachment. Within the scope of the Pregnancy School Training Program of the Ministry of Health, the training lasted 5 weeks, each training was 120 minutes online and the training content was given in accordance with this program. The aim of this study is to reveal the difference between the prenatal attachment levels of pregnant women who participated in the training in the program and those who did not.
Materials and Methods: Materials and Methods: This semi-experimental study used a post-test control group design. Sixty pregnant women participated, with 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. Data were collected using the Personal Information Form (PIF) and the Prenatal Attachment Inventory (PAI).
Results: When the comparisons made in our study were examined, it was seen that the region where the participants in the case and control groups lived, the education level of their spouses and the week of pregnancy had a statistically significant relationship with prenatal attachment (p < 0,05).
Conclusion and recommendatıon: It was observed that the region where the participants in the case and control groups lived, the educational status of the spouses, the week of pregnancy and attendance at pregnancy school had a statistically significant relationship with prenatal attachment. It is recommended to increase the Pregnancy School Education Program.

Gebe Okuluna Katılan Gebeler ile Katılmayan Gebelerin Prenatal Bağlanmaları Arasındaki Fark

Abstract

Amaç: Gebelik döneminde bir bebeğin sağlıklı gelişimi, doğum öncesi bağlanmadan büyük ölçüde etkilenir. Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın Gebe Okulu Eğitim Programı kapsamında 5 hafta süren, her bir eğitim 120 dakika online olarak ve eğitim içeriği bu programa uygun olarak verilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı programdaki eğitime katılan ve katılmayan gebelerin prenatal bağlanma düzeyleri arasındaki farkın ortaya çıkarılmasıdır.
Gereç ve Yöntem:
Çalışma Son Test Kontrol Gruplu yarı deneysel tiptedir. Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın Gebe Okulu Eğitim Programı kapsamında 5 hafta süren ve eğitim içeriği bu programa uygun olarak eğitim verilen, deney grubu 30, kontrol grubu 30 olmak üzere toplam 60 gebeden oluşmuştur. Kişisel Bilgi Formu (PIF), Prenatal Bağlanma Envanteri (PBE) anketleri toplandı.
Bulgular:
Çalışmamızda yapılan karşılaştırmalar incelendiğinde vaka ve kontrol grubunda yer alan katılımcıların yaşadığı bölge, eşlerin eğitim durumu ve gebelik haftasının prenatal bağlanma ile istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkisi olduğu görülmüştür (p< 0,05).
Sonuç ve Öneriler:
Vaka ve kontrol grubunda yer alan katılımcıların yaşadığı bölge, eşlerin eğitim durumunun, gebelik haftasının ve gebe okuluna katılıma devamın prenatal bağlanma ile istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Gebe Okulu Eğitim Programının artırılması önerilir.
