A relational research method was used to determine the relationships between school principal’s self-leadership, self-efficacy, general well-being and job satisfaction. The research data were analysed by structural equation modeling. There was a moderately significant positive relationship between self-leadership and self-efficacy and general well-being, and a low significant positive relationship between self-leadership and job satisfaction. There was a low significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction. There was a low significant positive relationship between general well-being and job satisfaction. It was also found that self-leadership predicted job satisfaction indirectly through self-efficacy and general well-being. Based on the structural equation modeling analysis, it was concluded that self-leadership, self-efficacy, general well-being and job satisfaction variables directly or indirectly affect each other. It was concluded that self-leadership, general well-being and self-efficacy variables together explain approximately 25% of the variance in job satisfaction of school principals.

Okul müdürünün öz liderliği, öz yeterliği, genel iyi oluş ve iş doyumu arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemek için ilişkisel bir araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile analiz edilmiştir. Öz liderlik ile öz yeterlik ve genel iyi oluş arasında orta derecede anlamlı pozitif bir ilişki, öz liderlik ile iş doyumu arasında ise düşük derecede anlamlı pozitif bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Öz yeterlik ile iş doyumu arasında düşük derecede anlamlı pozitif bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Genel iyi oluş ile iş doyumu arasında düşük düzeyde anlamlı bir pozitif ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, öz liderliğin öz yeterlik ve genel iyi oluş aracılığıyla dolaylı olarak iş doyumu üzerinde yordayıcı bir etkisi olduğu bulunmuştur. Yapısal eşitlik modelleme analizine dayanarak, öz liderlik, öz yeterlik, genel iyi oluş ve iş doyumu değişkenlerinin birbirlerini doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak etkilediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Öz liderlik, genel iyi oluş ve öz yeterlik değişkenlerinin birlikte okul müdürlerinin iş doyumundaki varyansın yaklaşık %25'ini açıkladığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

The Aim of The Journal
The Journal of Interdisciplinary Educational Researches (JIER) published by the Interdisciplinary Educational and Research Association (JIER)A) is an internationally eminent journal.
JIER, a nonprofit, nonprofit NGO, is concerned with improving the education system within the context of its corporate objectives and social responsibility policies. JIER, has the potential to solve educational problems and has a strong gratification for the contributions of qualified scientific researchers.
JIER has the purpose of serving the construction of an education system that can win the knowledge and skills that each individual should have firstly in our country and then in the world. In addition, JIER serves to disseminate the academic work that contributes to the professional development of teachers and academicians, offering concrete solutions to the problems of all levels of education, from preschool education to higher education.
JIER has the priority to contribute to more qualified school practices. Creating and managing content within this context will help to advance towards the goal of being a "focus magazine" and "magazine school", and will also form the basis for a holistic view of educational issues. It also acts as an intermediary in the production of common mind for sustainable development and education
