Journal of Management Theory and Practices Research (JMTPR) is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed social sciences journal published by the Academic Studies Association in accordance with international publishing standards.  JMTPR aims to contribute to scholarly knowledge in the field of social sciences by publishing original research and review articles that demonstrate theoretical depth, methodological rigor, and academic originality. The journal adopts an interdisciplinary perspective and encourages intellectual exchange across different social science disciplines.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, business administration, economics, finance, public finance, statistics, econometrics, public administration and political science, sociology, psychology, law, and other related areas within the social sciences. Submissions are evaluated based on originality, theoretical contribution, methodological soundness, and adherence to scientific and ethical standards.

Articles to be published in JMTPR undergo a double-blind peer review process following an initial editorial review. Transparency, academic integrity, and adherence to ethical principles are fundamental to the publication process. The journal advocates for free and unrestricted access to scientific knowledge; articles are made available as open access upon publication without any embargo. The journal’s current licensing policy is based on the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Under this license, published articles may be shared, reproduced, distributed, and adapted—including for commercial purposes—provided that authors and the original publication are properly cited, a link to the license is provided, and any modifications are indicated.
