Publication Process:

Preliminary Review:
Manuscripts submitted to the journal are subjected to a rigorous preliminary review process based on the following criteria:

Adherence to Journal Template: The manuscript is meticulously assessed to ensure compliance with the journal’s formatting guidelines, including font style, reference format, and the placement of tables and figures. Manuscripts that do not meet these technical requirements may be rejected at this stage.

Similarity Check: The manuscript is analyzed using plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin or iThenticate. A similarity index below 20% is required for further consideration. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold may be rejected or returned to the author for revision.

Peer Review Process:
Manuscripts progressing to the peer review phase are evaluated by at least two independent reviewers under a double-blind peer review system. Reviewers assess the manuscript based on scientific rigor, originality, methodological soundness, clarity, and the validity of the findings.

If revisions are deemed necessary, the author will be notified and provided with a timeframe of 15 to 30 days to address the reviewers’ comments. Authors have the option to reject specific recommendations; however, in such cases, they are required to provide a detailed explanation in a response letter addressing the reviewers’ feedback.

Once revisions are submitted and receive positive feedback from the reviewers, the manuscript is reviewed by the editorial board for a final decision. The outcome of the peer review and editorial evaluation determines whether the manuscript proceeds to the publication phase.

Acceptance and Publication:
For a manuscript to enter the publication phase, authors must submit the following:

Author Contribution Statement: Each author’s specific contributions to the study (e.g., conceptualization, data collection, analysis, manuscript drafting, or interpretation of results) must be clearly outlined. This ensures transparency in the authorship process.

Conflict of Interest Declaration: Authors are required to disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that could have influenced the research process or its outcomes. This declaration upholds the integrity and impartiality of the publication.

Manuscripts approved for publication undergo the following steps:

Language and Editorial Review: The manuscript is reviewed for language fluency, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to the journal’s writing guidelines by the editorial team.
Review of Visuals and Tables: Figures and tables are thoroughly examined for compliance with journal standards, and adjustments are made where necessary.
Typesetting and Layout: The manuscript is formatted according to the journal’s design and layout standards. Authors are given the opportunity to review and approve the final version of the manuscript at this stage.
Upon obtaining the author’s final approval, the manuscript is prepared for publication and scheduled for release in an upcoming issue.

The timeline from initial submission to final publication typically ranges from 6 to 12 months, depending on the journal’s workflow, the peer review process, and the extent of required revisions. However, delays may occur in cases of extensive revision requests, missing ethics approvals, or technical issues.
