International Journal of Behavior, Sustainability and Management (JOBESAM) is a scientific journal aiming to publish interdisciplinary and international. For consiring this, the journal aims to publish original and qualified studies on social science-related subjects, especially in the fields of behavior, sustainability and management, at international standards and with a scientific approach. The journal has been published since 2015 and, as of Volume 10, Issue 18 in 2023, continues its publication under the name "International Journal of Behavior, Sustainability, and Management" instead of its former name, "Toros University Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences Journal of Social Sciences.
The journal is published regularly twice a year, in June and December.
